In this document the following word and phrases have the meaning stated hereunder unless indicated otherwise :-
*BUSINESS ASSOCIATE refers to the Independent Representative of M/s CGF-VILLAVISION INDIA PVT. LTD.
The applicant has to fulfill the following conditions before creating for a User ID as Business Associate:-
1. Registration is absolutely free: As Business associate, one user one ID only. (Pan Card Must)
(a) Business Associate should be a Citizen of INDIA.
(b) Business Associate should be 18 years & above age.
(c) Business Associate should not have been convicted for any criminal offence.
2. KYC Must (Pan Card, Address Proof, Cancelled Cheque and a photograph) all the documents upload the system online. Along with self-declaration form.
3. We offer CGF- Digital Business Community to our Business Associates and CGF – AD Package +GST (as applicable)
Company will offer CGF-AD Package, It will help to those business persons who wants to grow their business digitally, Our referral programme is also help for those ambitious families who wants to fulfill their family Dreams, improve their life style, achieving international tours, Luxury Cars, Achieving their own a house, financial freedom and many more….
Company is not accepting any cash amount. You can pay online by net-banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and UPI Payments etc.
No Business Associates allowed to Collect cash on behalf of the Company. If any person hands over cash to any Business Associate she/he does so on her/his own risk, the Company will not be liable for such payments. Also the Company shall not be responsible for any cash payments. The Company is liable only after proper receipt is issued against such payments by Bank.
4. Business Associate Registration ID is valid for life time. CGF – AD Package is valid till Validity of the package.
All earning or rewards opportunity valid for active package ID only.
5.) The Business Associate shall agree that his/her status is of an Independent Representative, which makes him/her responsible to promote the Company further down the line in accordance with the marketing plan, rules and regulations, policies and procedure of the Company.
6.) The Issuing/Renewal/Cancellation of Business Associate code shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
7.) A Business Associate is not an employee of the company. He/She is not entitled for any kind of ESI, Gratuity or any other benefits to which an employee may be entitled under any law in force either at present or in future.
8.) The Business Associate has no right and title to the Assets of the Company.
9.) In case of any Business Associate death / permanent disability the right and responsibilities of the Business Associate shall be passed to the rightful nominee as specified in the Application Form. However, such nominees shall have to fill a fresh application form and he/she shall be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the original Business Associate.
10.) Nominee should be 18 and above age, in case below 18 children is nominee than beneficiary required.
11.) The Company can add, withdraw, amend or change benefits policies, rules, regulations and business plan of the company without any prior information to its Business Associate / Independent Representative.
12.) Business Associate incentive will be credit his/her e-wallet where he/she can withdraw into bank.
Admin charges @ 10% are applicable on withdrawal the amount on bank.
TDS is applicable @ 5% on every incentive. Business Associate can collect online TDS certificate time to time as per requirement.
13.) The terms & conditions, policies & procedures and commitments are subject to forces of nature. In case of natural calamities such as flood, fire, cyclone, earthquake, typhoons, covid-19 virus etc. Or the circumstances which are beyond the control of the Company like strike, lockout, lockdown etc., and the company shall not be liable for any damages thereof.
14.) In case of any adverse decision of the Government affecting the Network Marketing Industry or our Business Associate Business plan, the Company shall be entitled to challenge its validity, authenticity before the appropriate Courts, Tribunals or Authorities and Company shall in no way be liable for any refund or compensation or can close the present business/marketing plan.
15.) No Business Associate is authorized to use company’s material for any personal activities which may harm the benefits of the Company.
16.) Business Associate ID cancellation period: First 7 days of Package activation.
100% initial package amount + GST will pay to his/her account only.
17.) Business Associate Happy Exit Option available only for Smart Users at the time of 1st renewals only, 100% initial package amount without GST will pay to his/her account only.
If he/she earn some amount than initial package amount – withdrawal amount = balance amount will be pay by Company.
18.) CGF-AD Package will be active same time same day of paid the package amount.
19.) All disputes between our Business Associate and the Company shall be referred to the Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.
20.) The arbitration proceedings shall be subject to Delhi Court jurisdiction only.
21.) The Company reserves the right to terminate any Business Associate if the particulars given in the application form are found to be incorrect, false and wrong.
22.) The Company reserves the right to terminate any Business Associate if he/she is found any unethical activity or wrong practice.
23.) The Company reserves the right to reject any application form without assigning any reason thereof.
